E.A.T. Correspondence course is built on 23 years of self-help, condensed into 12 transformative modules. The program empowers participants to become more consciously aware of life’s traumas, providing practical methods to respond to emotional pain in healthier, non-violent ways. Through E.A.T.’s proven methodology and tools, participants develop stronger coping skills, enabling them to make better decisions and embrace healing as they grow.
As accented with the E.A.T. In-Person Study Program, E.A.T. correspondence offers insight from 23 years of self-help programming. Our course isn't for a person looking for something to do. As our questions in each segment have a good answer, yet we seek the best answer. It is a pass or fail course. No certification will be awarded if submitted work doesn’t depict internalizing of course curriculum. Nor will any refund be offered.
